Fresh Garlic Rounds

1 tube (8-count) Pillsbury Grands butter-tasting biscuits
1/2 cup Progresso Italian-flavored bread crumbs
1 stick unsalted butter, softened
1 envelope Good Seasons roasted garlic salad dressing mix
8 tablespoons grated Parmesan
2 teaspoons dried chives

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Mix butter and roasted garlic salad dressing; mix well and set aside.

Pour bread crumbs onto flat plate. Flatten each biscuit with the palm of your hand until 1/4 inch thick and about 3 inches round. Press one side only of each flattened biscuit into bread crumbs and place crumb side down on ungreased baking sheet.

Spread 1 tablespoon butter mixture over top surface of each biscuit. Sprinkle remaining bread crumbs over butter, Place 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan in center of each biscuit and top with 1/4 teaspoon dried chives.

Bake for 15 minutes. Serve warm. Makes 8.
