Swiss Chicken Cutlets

2 tablespoons flour
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon unsalted butter or margarine
1/2 cup reduced-sodium chicken broth
1/4 cup dry white wine or reduced-sodium chicken broth
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
4 (4-ounce) chicken cutlets ( 1/2-inch thick)
2 thin slices reduced-fat Swiss cheese

Mix all ingredients, except chicken and cheese, in a 9-by-13-inch pan. Place chicken in pan, cover with foil, and cook for about 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Remove foil and top with one slice of cheese before serving.
