4 bunches fresh parsley, rinsed and rained
4 medium-size tomatoes, cut in small pieces
1 small onion, finely chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
1 bunch fresh mint leaves, finely chopped
Juice of 4 lemons (or to taste)
3 tablespoons olive oil
3 tablespoon wheat No. 1

Mix all ingredients. Refrigerate. Makes 6 servings.
