Beer Beef

4 pounds chuck roast (must be chuck)
2 packages dry Good Seasons Zesty Italian Dressing
3/4 can any kind of beer
1 tablespoon each salt, pepper, garlic powder
12 sandwich buns
Provolone cheese

In Crock-Pot* place chuck roast, Good Seasons dry dressing, beer, salt, pepper and garlic powder. Cook on low for 8 hours. Shred beef and put on sandwich buns with Provolone.

Note: If you don't have a Crock-Pot, place ingredients in a Dutch oven and bake at 300 degrees for 5 hours.
