12 mini drumsticks
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/8 teaspoon ginger
Put drumsticks in large bowl or baking pan. Set aside. Combine remaining ingredients. Mix well. Pour 2/3 of marinade over chicken, reserving 1/3. Set in refrigerator. Marinate at least 30 minutes. Preheat oven to 350. Drain marinade from chicken. Bake chicken for 20 to 30 minutes or until tender. Baste occasionally with reserved marinade.
Testers note: The recipe called for the miniature drumsticks from the upper part of the wing. Instead, to save cutting time, we found the smallest, regular-sized drumsticks and used those, doubling the cooking time. Make more marinade if necessary.
