1/4 cup finely chopped fresh basil or any two complementary herbs such as tarragon and dill, marjoram and sage, cilantro and mint
2 to 3 tablespoons corn oil or corn and olive oil mixed
2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lime juice
2 tablespoons rice vinegar or any homemade herb vinegar
In a small bowl whisk together all ingredients. Refrigerate in a covered glass jar or bottle until ready to use.
