The amounts here are sufficient for four small wine or champagne glasses. You won't want to fill them to the top, especially if you are adding whipped cream later.
2 plain Klondike bars
3 shots of Creme de Menthe liqueur
3 shots milk
Whipped cream (optional)
Blend together chocolate-covered ice cream bars, liqueur and milk. Pour into champagne glasses and freeze. This dessert will separate into three layers as it freezes. Garnish with whipped cream, if desired.
