Cheese Ball
The best cheese ball ever, says the recipe tester.
4 8-ounce packages cream cheese 4 ounces blue cheese, crumbled 1 pound sharp cheddar cheese, shredded 2 tablespoons soy sauce 1 teaspoon ground pepper 1 teaspoon garlic powder 2 tablespoons minced onions
Soften cream cheese. Add cheeses and seasonings. Blend well. To garnish, roll into chopped walnuts. One ball serves approximately 20.
Note: The recipe can be doubled to make two balls, or divided in half to serve 10 to 12.
