Black Bean Dip
1 can black beans, rinsed and drained 1 small garlic clove, minced 1 jar thick and chunky salsa (mild to hot, whatever your taste)
Combine beans and garlic in a food processor until smooth. Add salsa and blend until just combined. Makes about 6 servings, about 1/2 cup each.
Nutritional analysis per serving: 49 calories, .1 gram fat.
