One of the Sheariss children doesn't like potatoes. If kids serve themselves, they don't have to put any potatoes on their plate.
1 cup dried bread crumbs
2 teaspoons paprika
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/4 teaspoon ground allspice
4 boneless, skinless chicken halves
2 large all-purpose potatoes, cut into eighths
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cover a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
In a large self-sealing bag, combine bread crumbs, paprika, thyme, pepper and allspice. Shake to combine. Add chicken and potatoes; shake the bag to coat. Transfer the chicken and potatoes to the baking sheet; lightly coat them with nonstick spray. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the potatoes are tender. Makes 4 servings.
