Turkey Sloppy Joes
1 pound lean ground turkey 1/2 green pepper, chopped 1 small onion, chopped 1 clove garlic, chopped 1 cup ketchup 1/4 cup molasses 1 tablespoon mustard 2 tablespoons vinegar 1/4 cup water
Brown turkey in a large skillet. Add green pepper, onion and garlic. Stir until vegetables are tender. Add the remaining ingredients and stir well. Simmer for approximately 15 minutes. Serve on whole grain burger buns. Makes 4 servings.
Nutritional analysis per serving (not including bun): 290 calories; 3 grams fat.
