Asparagus Dipping Sauce
Combine the following, adjusting quantities to emphasize the flavors you like best. Serve with asparagus cooked crisp-tender. Enjoy. Messy love is better than none
11/2 cup mayonnaise, jarred or homemade 3 to 4 tablespoons of sour cream or yogurt 1/2 cup fresh herbs, chopped (choose two or three: parsley, dill, chives, watercress) 2 tablespoons lemon or lime juice (use grated rind if desired) 1 tablespoon Dijon or coarse-grained mustard 1 teaspoon honey Salt and pepper
Combine and serve.
