The O’Reilly Theater, a project of the Pittsburgh Cultural Trust, opened in 1999 as the permanent home to the Pittsburgh Public Theater. The 650-seat theater was designed by internationally renown architect Michael Graves and features a thrust stage surrounded by three levels of seating.
Established in 1974, the Pittsburgh Public Theater provides artistically diverse theatrical experiences to serve, challenge, stimulate and entertain.
The box office is open Monday through Saturday, 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Sunday Noon to 5:00 p.m. It is open until curtain on performance days.
