Description
The Norwin Public Library provides access to information, technology, and services that inspire and help residents meet their lifelong educational, vocational, and recreational information needs.
The library serves residents of North Huntingdon, Irwin, and North Irwin in Westmoreland county and the surrounding communities.
Hours of operation
Monday through Thursday, 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Friday & Saturday, 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
