Key local government offices and bodys call this shared building home, including the Pittsburgh Mayor and Pittsburgh City Council.
The first floor of the City-County Building is traversed by a lofty barrel-vaulted corridor. The blue-and-white stenciled ceiling of the this corridor is supported by a colonnade of gilded columns resting on a Classical marble base. Light penetrates through tall windows that open onto the building's light court. The arched ends of the lobby space are enclosed by a glass screen, across which pedestrian corridors extend and provide an unobstructed view of the grand lobby.
Varies per department, but generally weekdays 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Some on-street parking is available as well as a parking garage at nearby One Oxford Centre.
