First Lutheran Church has served downtown Pittsburgh since its founding in 1837 as the First English-speaking Lutheran church west of the Alleghenies.
The present church building was dedicated in 1888. In recent years the facility has been extensively renovated and lovingly restored.
The office is open weekdays and the church is open as events and services require.
Worship services are held Monday through Friday at 12:10 p.m. and Sunday at 8:30 a.m. and 11:00 a.m.
