Description
Located in Wilkinsburg, Project STAR works to preserve, reunify and create families for special needs children, through intensive family support, foster care and adoption. Post-adoption services are also available.
Project STAR is the social services branch of the Children's Institute. The Project STAR office is sometimes used for informational meetings for potential resource families.
Hours of operation
The office is open Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Some events and activities may occur on weekends or evenings.
Parking
Limited parking is available in the guest lot, on the corner of Kelly and Trenton Avenues in Wilkinsburg.
