The Randall is a state-of-the-art, 453-seat proscenium theatre and home to the University of Pittsburgh Repertory Theatre, Pittsburgh Irish & Classical Theatre, and many other events, year-round.
The restored 1937 auditorium features stone Gothic architecture and red velvet seats like those originally installed in New York's Radio City Music Hall. It is located on the campus of the University Of Pittsburgh in the Stephen Foster Memorial.
The theatre's Fred Kelly Lobby display features memoriabilia related to the "dancing Kellys" lives and work. Handicap accessibility and hearing assistance system hours are available.
The Stephen Foster Memorial is open on weekdays and features the Foster Museum, open 9 am-4 pm (free, self-guided tour).
Parking available through the area surrounding the Theatre, which is adjacent to the Cathedral of Learning on Forbes Avenue. Schenley Plaza and First Baptist Church, Soliders and Sailors and Software Engineerring Institute indoor), as well as ample street spaces, are available during evening and weekend matinee performances.
