Description

Trundle Manor is an attraction and museum --- often called a wunderkammer --- showcasing a private collection of unusual items such as taxidermy, jarred specimens, medical implements, and bizarre weaponry that has been made available to tour by the general public.

The word "wunderkammer" is German for "cabinet of curiosities". First popular in Renaissance Europe, wunderkammers is an encyclopedic collection of types of objects whose categorical boundaries were yet to be defined.

On the outside, Trundle Manor, appears to be any attractive suburban home. Inside is a bona fide tourist trap and artists' residence that will leave you and your family scratching your heads wondering how you ever lived without seeing this establishment before.

Trundle Manor is available for tours, exhibits and various events.
