The Frank Ricco Sons Of Italy Lodge is an attractive, two-story meeting lodge and event hall in Brownsville, a historic town of 2,300 people in rural Fayette County.
Founded in 1905, The Order Sons Of Italy In America is the largest and oldest Italian American fraternal organization in the United States. Its current missions include encouraging the study of Italian language and culture in American schools and universities, preserving Italian American traditions, culture, history and heritage, and promoting closer cultural relations between the United States and Italy.
The upstairs hall is accessed by steps or a ramp and features a stage and ample seating. Full commercial kitchen facilities are housed downstairs. The hall is named in honor of local Italian-American businessman and philanthropist Frank Ricco.
