South Side Park is an urban park situated in a ravine that divides the city's historic South Side Slopes neighborhood and extends to the location of the former estate of Ormsby Family. Their patriarch John Ormsby (1720-1805) served in the British Army during the French & Indian War (1754-1763).
These 65 acres includes a picnic area and ball field.
