Description

Begun in 1999, Smokey Bones is a full-service bar and fire-grill restaurant that specializes in steak, burgers and other food cooked on an open flame.

Originally featuring a log cabin decor, the restaurants now have a more contemporary look with an extended bar area and high-definition televisions throughout.

This outlet is located adjacent to The Mall At Robinson, a two-level, enclosed regional shopping mall located in a suburb west of Pittsburgh. Smokey Bones is owned by an affiliate of Boca Raton, Fla.-based Sun Capital Partners, whose portfolio of restaurants also includes Boston Market, Friendly's, Sweet Tomatoes, Fazoili's, Bar Louie and other restaurant brands.
