Sprague Farm & Brew Works is an estate brewery located north of Pittsburgh in Crawford County.
It is owned by carved wood artist Brian Sprague and his wife Minnie. The focal point is the "Bierhalla," a beautiful, German-inspired dining hall with high arched wood ceilings and colorful decorative items on the walls. Here patrons enjoy a collection of specially made ales.
During warm weather months, guests also savor their beer outside on barnyard picnic tables while listing to regional bands perform under the stars.
In addition, the Sprague's operate an inn called Sleeping Leaf Lodge, a handsome farmhouse with a cozy living room and comfortable bedrooms.
