The Veterans Affairs Medical Center - University Drive is one of three divisions in Pittsburgh and is part of the Veterans Affairs Pittsburgh Healthcare System (VAPHS).

The VAPHS is an integrated healthcare system, serving a veteran population of over 360,000 throughout the tri-state area of Western Pennsylvania, Ohio and West Virginia.

Located in a modern building, the division features an acute care facility and has approximately 146 operating beds distributed among Medicine, Surgery, Neurology and Critical Care. A large primary care outpatient clinic is also located here.

Hours of operation

The hospital is open 24-hours a day although some departments have limited hours.
