The Capital Grille is a national chain of upscale steakhouses founded in 1989 in Providence --- the capital of Rhode Island (hence their name).

Guests enjoy a handsome, elegant environment with rich African mahogany paneling, warm lighting and art deco chandeliers. They are served the Capital's nationally renowned dry aged steaks and the freshest of seafood along with an award-winning wine list.

The chain's Pittsburgh restaurant is located inside Piatt Place, a mixed-use building featuring 65 luxury condominiums, office space and retail space.

Monday through Thursday, 11:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
Friday, 11:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.
Saturday, 5:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.
