Mars Area High School offers a full program of courses that includes more than 120 selections plus a wide variety of extracurricular activities and interscholastic sports.
Built in 1967, the contemporary brick building features a large auditorium that can seat approximately 1300 people and a full athletic facility as well as classrooms, library, offices and labs.
The flexible curriculum presents students with options including early entry into college, eight Advanced Placement college level courses, eight College Within The High School courses, 14 Advanced courses and enrollment in the Butler County Area Vocational/Technical School.
It is part of the Mars Area School District, which serves communities in rural Butler County.
