First opened in 1965 in the basement of a public school, Chartiers-Houston Community Library inspires lifelong learning and encourages the development of independence, self-confidence and literacy among the community in central Washington County.
The current library building, opened in 1970, is an attractive contemporary one-story brick structure. Inside can be found a wide range of reading and research material along with meeting rooms, a collection of computers and copying/faxing services.
Monday through Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Saturday, 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Free, on-site parking is available behind the library.
