Calling itself a "daytime cafe," First Watch is a chain of franchise restaurants that specializes in fresh, made-to-order breakfast, brunch and lunch creations.

The company takes its name from the nautical phrase "first watch" which refers to the first shift of the day.

Decorated in warm earthtones with comfortable seating at tables and booths, First Watch serves yummy multigrain pancakes, savory omletts and delicious exclusive dishes such as open-faced Mexican-style frittatas.

The restaurant is part of a retail development called Settlers Ridge, which includes a 600,000-square-foot shopping mall and a 124-room Courtyard By Marriott hotel.
