Pleasant Valley Elementary School is one of three elementary schools in the Peters Township School District and serves nearly 500 young minds.

The Peters Township School District is a large public school district in Washington County with a student population of about 18,000.

The school was built in 1963 and went through a 14-month renovation beginning in June 1993 at a cost of approximately $4.3 million. There are 17 classroom teachers, additional special area teachers, and support personnel on staff with one building principal.
