The Oakland School is a non-profit, co-educational high school founded in 1982 that draws a maximum of 70 full-time students from Allegheny, Beaver, Butler, Washington and Westmoreland counties.
The academic program offers a curriculum in communications, mathematics, arts, humanities, science, social studies, foreign languages and computer education.
Oakland School is housed in a beautiful old church that has been renovated to create a nontraditional environment to encourage learning.
Normal school hours are Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
