Caste Village is a strip mall located in Whitehall, a suburb of 15,000 people situated south of Pittsburgh. It is named after developer Felix Caste, an immigrant from Italy who conceived the idea from his Europeon travels.
With an open feel and contemporary design, Caste Village was initially contructed after World War II but has been renovated and expanded since. Among the features is an impressive food court with a soaring modern ceiling and skylights.
Anchored by a Giant Eagle grocery store, the tenants are primarily small, locally owned shops. The mall is a popular gathering place in the community, especially at the 44-lane Princess Lanes Bowling Center.
Varies per tenant.
The mall provides free, on-site parking.
