Description

Three PNC Plaza is a shimmering, 23-story skyscraper completed in 2009 and one of Pittsburgh's tallest structures.

The building is a key part of the corporate campus of PNC Financial Services Group (commonly known as PNC Bank). Founded in 1852, PNC operates banks in 15 states as well as specialized financial businesses serving companies and government entities, and leading Turnkey Asset Management Program and processing businesses.

Three PNC Plaza contains 326,000 square feet of office space --- including the Pittsburgh branch of international law firm Reed Smith --- a 185-room Fairmont Hotel, 28 condominium units and ground level retail.

It has been certified by Leadership In Energy & Environmental Design (LEED) as a "green" building, one that is environmentally responsible and resource-efficient.
