Renovated in 1998, the picturesque Kittanning Riverfront Park features scenic river views providing a great setting for many community events.
Visitors enjoy docks, boat launches, leisurely walkways and strikingly structured pavilions, all situated on the banks of the Allegheny River.
The park is also home to the 1,000 seat Murtha Amphitheatre, named in honor of United States Congressman John Murtha (1932-2010).
