The Northern Tier Library is a small network of two libraries whose mission is to provide resources that inspire, inform, educate and entertain the people living in suburbs north of Pittsburgh.
This branch is located next to the municipal building for Richland, a semi-rural community of 11,000. The other is located in neighboring Pine. Each branch offer many books, electronic books, audio books and videos to borrow.
A handsome, contemporary building with portico facilities at Richland Center include free wi-fi, a full children's department and a comfortable conference center that can accommodate up to 250 people for corporate events, dinners and parties.
Monday through Wednesday, 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Thursday, 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Saturday, 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Free, on-site parking is available.
