The McKees Rocks Employment & Training Center (MRETC) is a career center for job seekers, workforce professionals and educators in the McKees Rocks area.
McKees Rocks, also known as "The Rocks", is a Pittsburgh suburb along the south bank of the Ohio River that was once a center of the iron and steel industries. The town derives its name from Colonel Alexander McKee (1735–1799), who served in the American Revolution.
MRETC offers resume preparation, job placement and various other services to job seekers. Workforce professionals frequent MRETC for professional development seminars, career fairs and networking opportunities.
