The Franklin Inn Mexican Restaurant specializes in authentic mexican food with the freshest ingredients and has been providing hospitality to local residents since 1980.
The decor from the facade through the dining room is proudly Mexican, with painted stucco walls from which hang prints and landscapes reflecting life south of the border. Adding to the warm, welcoming mood are the chili pepper lights at every window.
The Franklin Inn is currently owned and managed by John and Wendy Cibula. Over the years the the Cibula family has traveled to Mexico, learning from Mexican cooks and restaurants. John insists that only the freshest ingredients are used in the Inn's homemade soups, entrees and desserts.
