Straddling the border between two colorful and iconic city neighborhoods --- the Strip District and Lawrenceville --- this facility was once the home to Direct Mail Service.

Direct Mail Service is a local company that specializes in printing and distributing bulk material through the US Postal Service. It is now currently located on the north side.

Their former headquarters is a single story, 19,400-square-foot industrial building was built in 2000 and is wrapped in a simple, metal facade. Inside is an area for offices and a showroom.

It is currently being managed by NAI Pittsburgh, a commercial real estate firm. Occasionally it is being used as the site for large-scale events such as nonprofit fundraisers.

There are no standard operating hours; the facility is only available for specific events.

A small parking lot is situated in front of building on 36th Street with on-street parking located nearby on Mulberry Way.
