The creation of experienced chef Brian Hammond, Restaurant Echo is a stylish dining destination where guests can enjoy world-class dining with a local flair.

Designed to evoke a sophisticated, modern vibe, Restaurant Echo’s lounge features a towering white-on-white fireplace and an interior-lit, glass-walled wine room. Chic couches and chairs provide comfortable seating for patrons to enjoy more than 40 beers as well as specialty cocktails and appetizers.

The restaurant specializes in European-influenced New American cuisine featuring locally grown produce, locally raised animals, and hand-crafted breads, pasta and sauces.
