Owned and operated by Family Hospice & Palliative Care, this 12-bed inpatient hospice unit offers patients and families a home-like environment, including a family room, meditation room and picturesque courtyard.

Since 1980, Family Hospice & Palliative Care has been the leading not-for-profit, community-based hospice and palliative care organization in Western Pennsylvania. Their heritage of compassionate care leads to the innovation that is setting the standards for the future of hospice and palliative care.

The Center For Compassionate Care provides two levels of care for the hospice patient and caregivers: General Inpatient and Respite. The center also houses Family Hospice's administrative offices, an education auditorium and a caregiver training center.

Hours of operation

The administrative office is open Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
