Located inside One Mellon Center, enroute to an underground light rail transit station, is a series of display windows used to showcase works presented by the Society For Contemporary Craft.
Founded 1971, the Society for Contemporary Craft offers cutting edge exhibitions focused on multicultural diversity and non-mainstream art, as well as a range of classes, community outreach programs and a fantastic retail store. Their primary campus is in the city's Strip District.
One Mellon Center is Pittsburgh's second tallest building (after neighbor USX Tower). It features an eight-sided design, mansard roof and rooftop heliport.
