Description

NOLA On The Square is a creation of noted French chef Yves Carreau, whose apprenticeship in the French West Indies inspired an appreciation for Caribbean cooking.

The restaurant was originally established as the Dimling Brothers Bar & Grill and was later known as the 1902 Tavern. Painstaking care has been taken to restore the original tile patterns, brass work and tin ceilings.

For its latest incarnation as NOLA, the restaurant now features the paintings and mural work of local artist August Vernon to create a New Orleans feel.
