Founded in 1832, Pressley Ridge provides an array of services to troubled and developmentally challenged children while helping these children remain close to their families and communities.
Pressley Ridge began services for children with Autism in 1995 with intensive one-on-one home and community-based therapies to young children with Pervasive Developmental Disorder (PDD) or autism and related disorders. The program was developed in the spirit of the Re-Educational model, to teach communication and social skills using positive behavioral approaches.
The program is located in a renovated building on a four-acre site offering state-of-the-art services.
