Founded in 1992, Schumacher Homes is the leading “on your lot” custom home builder in the United States constructing homes from the low $100,000s to over $750,000 range and 1,100 to over 8,000 square feet. The company has design centers in 13 states.

Their Greensburg design center is a one-stop shopping experience designed to make the homebuilding process streamlined and incredibly efficient.

It is located in Greengate Centre, an expansive open-air retail park on the site of the former Greengate Mall, which was demolished in 2003.
