Description

Opened in 2001, Chaya serves authentic Japanese cuisine specializing in fresh sushi fish shipped from Japan.

The name "Chaya" means a resting place where travelers could rest and take a light meal while traveling in feudal Japan.

Chaya's decor echoes the simple elegance of a Japanese home designed, assembled and installed by chef Fumio Yasuzawa.

Hours of operation

Monday through Thursday, 5:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.
Friday & Saturday, 5:00 p.m. to 9:45 p.m.
