Description

Oom Yung Doe is a line of traditional Moo Doe (martial arts) dedicated to development of the individual through combination of mind, body and spirit. Through the practice of Oom Yung Doe, one learns determination and the ability to use full concentration towards specific goals, at the same time preserving health and youthfulness through movement.

People of all ages and body conditions can practice and feel benefits for themselves. Daily classes for beginning through continuing students. Periodic seminars are held for general public.

In addition to this main site in Oakland, OYD can also be found in Squirrel Hill, Dormont, Wexford and Monroeville.

Hours of operation

Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 11:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., 4:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
Tuesday & Thursday: 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 pm
Saturday: 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
