Housed in a mid-century 155,000-square-foot building, the Springdale Junior/Senior High School provides education to 650 students in the Allegheny Valley School District.
Created in 1965, the Allegheny Valley School District provides a quality education to approximately 1200 students in the municipalities of Cheswick, Harmar and Springdale. The communities of the district maintain the unique combination of being close to a major urban center while still maintaining a small-town atmosphere.
The high school serves as a venue for school sports events, programs and community events. Ammenities include an auditorium, cafeteria, soccer field, baseball diamond and track.
