Cedar Creek Park

Description

Cedar Creek Park is a beautiful 464-acre park operated by Westmoreland County filled with picnic pavilions, athletic fields and scenic play areas.

The park takes its name from Cedar Creek, which has created a magnificent gorge. Water continues to cascade down the gorge's natural shale steps.

Among the park's premier facilities is an outdoor ampitheater made of wood roof and stone that can accommodate up to 2,500 people.

Cedar Creek also has excellent fishing, canoeing and bicycling facilities.
