The Penn Township Municipal Park Complex is a 45-acre, public, multi-use recreational complex located at the township municipal building.
Incorporated in 1855, Penn is a collection of small, rural towns in Westmoreland County. Harrison City is Penn's seat of government with a population of less than 200 people.
Facilities at the complex include baseball fields (some of which are lighted), batting cages, a deck hockey court, a basketball court, a sand volleyball court, football and soccer fields, walking and jogging trails, concession stands with kitchens, permanent restrooms, equipment buildings for sport teams and picnic facilities including pavilions and tables.
The area also includes a fishing pond that is stocked several times a year, a war memorial, and the Warrior Wonderland playground, which has a cushion ground covering.
