Holistic Approach 4 Life Wellness Center (HA4L) is an integrative health & wellness center focusing on non-traditional methods of wellness with focus on healing therapies, education and coaching.

They offer energy type healings such as Reflexology and Reiki with instructors are trained to teach Qigong, Tai Chi, Yoga and Overall Lifestyle wellness. They also offer one-on-one Life Coaching, Wellness Coaching, Guided Imagery and Nutritional Consulting. HA4L perfer's to focus on the results you are looking for and are prepared to provide options to meet your wellness needs through various techniques.

HA4L is located in Chiodas Plaza, a handsome, two-story commercial building that has both offices and retailers.
