Crescent Township Municipal Building

Description

Originally founded in 1784 what is now referred to as Crescent Township is located at the Western edge of Allegheny county on the Ohio River. It has a population of close to 5,000 residents.

The municipal building is centrally located in the township just off of Pennsylvania Route 51 (McGovern Blvd). It contains the township offices, government meeting room, the police station and a multipurpose room used by organizations for meetings and other activities. On election day the room serves as the township polling place.

The local historical society's historical artifact collection is located in the municipal building.

Hours of operation

Most offices are open weekdays, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with other facilities operating on their own schedule. Call for information.
